Our Credentials

CAOHC: Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation

ProCare’s staff hold CAOHC certification in occupational hearing conservation and audiometric testing. CAOHC is the nationally recognized accreditation for hearing conservation professionals, developed in coordination with OSHA standards for workplace hearing programs.

Our CAOHC certification qualifies us to administer audiometric tests that meet the requirements of OSHA’s Hearing Conservation Amendment (29 CFR 1910.95)  the federal standard for workers exposed to hazardous noise levels in industries such as manufacturing, construction, and agriculture.

NIOSH Spirometry Certification

ProCare holds NIOSH-approved spirometry certification for pulmonary function testing. Spirometry measures lung capacity and airflow and is a required component of occupational health surveillance programs for workers with potential exposure to dusts, chemicals, or other respiratory hazards.

Our certification ensures spirometry testing meets NIOSH standards, providing employers with defensible baseline and periodic exam results for respiratory health monitoring programs in construction, agriculture, manufacturing, and other exposure-risk industries.

BAT: Breath Alcohol Technician

DOT-regulated breath alcohol testing must be administered by a certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) trained in evidential breath testing device procedures under 49 CFR Part 40. ProCare’s BAT certification ensures every alcohol test is conducted correctly, with results and documentation that satisfy federal compliance requirements for transportation employers and safety-sensitive workplace programs.

DOT Certified Urine Specimen Collector

ProCare holds DOT Certified Collector credentials for urine drug specimen collection under 49 CFR Part 40. Proper chain-of-custody procedures are required for every DOT-regulated drug test, from collection through laboratory submission. Our certification means your drug testing documentation is accurate, legally defensible, and compliant with federal requirements.

FMCSA National Registry: DOT Medical Examiner

ProCare’s DOT Medical Examiners are federally certified and listed on the FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. CDL drivers and fleet operators can confirm our examiner credentials directly at nationalregistry.fmcsa.dot.gov.

Federal regulations require that all DOT physical examinations for commercial drivers be performed by a current National Registry examiner. ProCare meets this requirement.
