We are a locally owned, clinician-led occupational health practice serving Tri-Cities employers and patients. Our team brings decades of experience across occupational medicine and emergency medicine — all under one roof, in the heart of Kennewick.
We're not a department in a hospital system. We're your neighbors. We know this community, we serve this community, and we measure our success the same way our patients do: by how healthy and capable they feel.

Douglas Griffith built ProCare around one conviction: that patients deserve a provider who listens. With a background in cardiology and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Washington State University, he brings clinical depth and a personal approach to every patient encounter. He believes healthcare should be a partnership — built on trust, driven by communication, and focused on long-term wellbeing. Outside the clinic, Douglas values time with his sons, family, and any chance to be outdoors.

With over 40 years of clinical experience across the Pacific Northwest and beyond, Ed Lopez brings a depth of knowledge that is rare. A Physician Assistant-Certified in occupational and internal medicine, a DOT Certified Medical Examiner, and a bilingual provider, Ed serves English- and Spanish-speaking patients and employers with equal care. His mission at ProCare extends beyond individual appointments — he is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of the Eastern Washington communities he has chosen to call home.

Lisa Gomez has spent 38 years in medicine — more than 30 of them in the emergency department — and she brings that same calm, capable energy to every interaction at ProCare. As Practice Manager, she keeps the clinic running with precision and care. As a DOT Certified Collector and Occupational Hearing Conservationist, she brings specialized certifications that matter for employer compliance. Patients and employers alike trust Lisa to handle the details correctly — because she always does.
