Cancellations & no-shows
We hold your appointment time just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by calling (509) 221-1039 or using the link in your confirmation email.
Appointments missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, may be subject to a no-show fee.
